Linda holds weekly art classes in her private studio.

Classes are run 3 times a week. Each is independent of the others They are on Tuesday evenings 7pm to 9pm and on Thursdays 1pm to 3pm and then in the evening 7pm to 9pm

Linda books in blocks of 6 weeks at a time. If you miss one I am afraid like the colleges there is no carry over. At the end of your block you can carry on for the next block etc , etc for as long as you wish or simply stop at that point. Some of Linda's students do come for 1 or 2 blocks and others have been coming for years.

During each class Linda will demonstrate the techniques that make her one of the country’s leading wildlife artists. These include background, skies, flora, fauna, eyes, fur and feathers.

All of Linda's classes are designed to be happy and informative - there is no pressure to do or complete anything.  Linda believes in allowing students to work at their own pace, most students work on a project during classes and call on Linda to advise as they go along.  Linda is always on hand to show students different techniques and methods to improve everyone's art work no matter what level each individual student is at.

Linda will teach you at your level and try to bring you on.

You can all work on your own subject.

Quite often when at an appropriate stage Linda will do a demonstration on one of her own paintings for all to watch.

The other point of note is that Linda's classes are always kept small so that everyone can receive personal attention unlike most of the colleges where there can be 30 or more and the teacher simply wanders around.

You can start at virtually any time subject to places being available (you don't have to wait until the beginning of a 6 week block)

There are breaks at the main holiday times and by necessity when Linda has a show or exhibition.

Although Linda's chosen medium is Procolour most techniques taught can be used in normal water-colour, gouache, acrylic painting or as an oil technique by applying it more thickly.

Places are limited, but you are encouraged to enquire about places by making contact with Linda.
